Steve is the Director of 477 co. and is an Exercise Physiologist and Group Trainer.
Steve’s love of exercise started from a young age. After trying just about everything, he settled on running which he has continually come back to throughout his life. After competitive running for seven years, his priorities have changed. Whilst exercise is an important aspect of life, it isn’t the only aspect. He has a passion for good food (pizza), good drinks (beer) and furry friends. Steve applies this balanced approach to exercise prescription. He believes that a good exercise regime should include different modes of exercise, be enjoyable and the chance to be social. He endeavours to help his clients be consistent to successfully reach their goals.
Mack is an accredited exercise physiologist that is passionate about making a positive change in the lives of his clients through health and fitness. Mack works in a number of areas including musculoskeletal rehab, weight loss & cardiovascular health. Since joining the 477 co. Team in 2017 Mack has worked with a wide range of clients with varying goals. He values individual client needs and believes in a tailored approach to exercise in order to help people achieve their goals sooner.
Molly is studying a Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition and is passionate about supporting people to live balanced, healthy and full lives through good food, physical activity and social and community health. She’ll be offering nutrition consultations at 477 co. by November 2019.
She currently works as Occupational Therapist working in Workplace Health and Rehabilitation and through OT has found a love of helping people be productive, safe and well at work. Molly is our graphics guru and manages marketing, branding and website development.
